A great class that is a mix of weight training and cardio!
Group 1: Half the class on cardio for 5 minutes matching the pre-defined Myzone colours.
Group 2: Half the class on the functional floor for 5 mins, ‘orbiting’ between the 5 different stations - 45 seconds on, 15 seconds transitioning to the next station.
Swap and repeat for 3 total rounds!
