Spin Room
Spin is a form of exercise that focuses on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity, and recovery. It involves using a special stationary bicycle with a weighted flywheel. We offer a range of different spin classes such as Spin and Tone which also includes using our gym equipment, Dance Spin which is to the beat of the music and involves safe dance moves on the bike and also Spin HIIT which is high intensity interval training for 30 minutes.
