Ready to shake off the calories in the sexiest way possible? Our La Shay Chair Dancing class is a fun, confidence-boosting workout that blends sensual movement with technical dance skills, all set to sultry music and Burlesque inspired dance moves 

This is a structured 4-week course (sometimes 5 or 6) , where each session builds on the last. Each week, you’ll learn new technical moves and continue developing a choreographed routine. Because of this progression, please be aware it’s important to attend from Week 1 or week 2 —joining mid-way through (Weeks 3 or 4) is not recommended if you've missed earlier sessions, as we’ll already be well into the routine.

Please check the week number listed in the class description before booking, and keep in mind that consistency is key to getting the most out of this experience.
